Project Lead (code: PL)

As a result of growth our company looks for a Project Lead in one of our projects.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful experience in a role of Project/Technical Lead.
- Experience in Software Engineering 5+ years.
- Good knowledge of Software development methodology and software lifecycle processes (RUP, XP, CMM).
- 1+ years experience in Requirements management and specification.
- Requirements documentation development experience.
- Good communication skills and English reading and writing capability.
- Understanding of Changes management and Communications management.
- 1+ years experience in Software Architecture Design.
- Good UML knowledge and experience.
- 2+ years experience in C#/.NET (Web services, Remoting, Multithreading, WinForms, ADO.NET).
- 2+ years experience in C++/COM.
- 1+ years experience in Configuration management (source control, build system, continuous integration, issue tracking).
- Understanding of testing types and methodologies.
