IntelliSurf-Automotive system allows to measure 3-D shape of the reflective surfaces and to characterise numerically surface defects using non-contact technique.

The system measures each point of the surface and analyse over 400,000 data points to achieve true elevation coordinates.
This measurement system allows us to produce highly accurate measurements on reflective surfaces such as automotive glass, car bodies, specular plastic and metal parts.

Plastic or Metal Parts Characterisation
|
By using our system reflective plastic or metal surfaces can be analysed from a whole car panel only in few seconds. The system can work in automation mode and calculate slope, 3-D shape, surface defects and maps with a high degree of accuracy. IntelliSurf-Automotive can be used for the comparison and classification of defects relative to operator-defined creation.

IntelliSurf-Automotive system is exceptionally flexible in terms of the coverage area and can be also applied to the measurement of a wide range of other deformed specular surfaces and for the optical inspection of different surface defects.
